Biografía. / Biography.

Nació en Corrientes, Argentina. Era jueves y, según Cocó, su madre, "llovía a cántaros". Su relación con el teatro comienza desde bien pequeño, allá, en su lugar de origen. Durante su adolescencia emigró a Mallorca y, desde entonces, el "matecito" de las mañanas va acompañado de unas "quelitas con sobrasada". Estudió arte dramático en la ESAD de las Islas Baleares y amplió su formación en escritura dramática principalmente en la Sala Beckett de Barcelona, con maestros como José Sanchís Sinisterra, Sergio Blanco, Alberto Conejero, Carole Frechette, Marc Rosich o Pere Riera. Debutó como autor con "Bad Moon" (2022), obra que obtuvo el Premio Ciutat de Palma "Margaluz" de Artes Escénicas 2023, dos premios AAAPIB 2024 al mejor espectáculo y la mejor interpretación, el premio ATAPIB 2023 a la mejor dramatúrgia, además de dos candidaturas a los Premios Max 2024 a la mejor autoría revelación y mejor espectáculo revelación. Su segundo texto, "La Compostura", fue escrito a finales de 2023 bajo la tutorización de Alberto Conejero, durante una residencia de escritura dramática en el Espai El Tub (Mallorca), la obra será producida por el Teatre Principal de Palma la temporada 2024/2025.

He was born in Corrientes, Argentina. It was a Thursday, and according to Cocó, his mother, “it was pouring rain.” His relationship with theater began very early, back in his hometown. During his adolescence, he emigrated to Mallorca, and since then, his morning "matecito" is accompanied by "quelitas with sobrasada." He studied dramatic arts at the ESAD of the Balearic Islands and expanded his training in dramatic writing mainly at Sala Beckett in Barcelona with masters such as José Sanchís Sinisterra, Sergio Blanco, Alberto Conejero, Carole Fréchette, Marc Rosich, and Pere Riera. He debuted as a playwright with Bad Moon (2022), a work that won the 2023 Ciutat de Palma "Margaluz" Performing Arts Award, two AAAPIB 2024 awards for Best Show and Best Performance, the 2023 ATAPIB Award for Best Playwriting, and received two nominations at the 2024 Max Awards for Best New Author and Best New Show. His second text, La Compostura, was written at the end of 2023 under the mentorship of Alberto Conejero during a dramatic writing residency at Espai El Tub (Mallorca), and the play will be produced by the Teatre Principal de Palma in the 2024/2025 season.

«¿De quién es todo esto? Este lugar, digo. Me tocó emigrar, como tantas otras personas en el mundo. Lo hice junto a mi madre. Esas circunstancias, y el hecho de vivir los primeros años en Europa bajo la etiqueta de "personas ilegales", supongo que marcaron mi identidad, y el mundo desde donde estoy construyendo mi dramaturgia, con una búsqueda constante alrededor de las relaciones maternofiliales, los diálogos imposibles entre vivos y muertos, y las distancias. Escribo para hurgar en las heridas. Escribo también, para hurgar en las cicatrices. Escribo para hacerme cargo de mis fantasmas. No, no. Espera un momento, no sé qué estoy diciendo. No me hagan caso. Todo es ficción. Sí, hagan de cuenta que sí. Todo es mentira. Creo. No lo sé. De todos modos, qué más da eso. Y, perdón que insista, pero es que; ¿De quién es la tierra? Y, ¿de quién, un trocito de tierra?» (Héctor Seoane).

«Whose is all this? This place, I mean. I had to emigrate, like so many others around the world. I did it together with my mother. Those circumstances, and the fact of living the first years in Europe under the label of 'illegal people,' I suppose shaped my identity, and the world from which I am building my dramaturgy, with a constant search around mother-child relationships, impossible dialogues between the living and the dead, and distances.
