Sinopsis. / Synopsis.
En julio de 1998, cuando tenía 21 años, Aina Tur estaba en Latinoamérica participando en un proyecto de cooperación internacional con otros ciudadanos españoles cuando sufrieron un asalto a mano armada. Aquella experiencia transformó la vida de la autora tanto por la dureza de la situación que vivió como por sus consecuencias. Unos días más tarde, pudieron constatar que la procedencia europea de cuatro de las víctimas había desencadenado unos mecanismos que nunca se habrían activado por ningún habitante del país en el que se encontraban. Lo que sucedió marcó la vida de la autora y, posiblemente, las del resto de cooperantes que la acompañaban en aquella circunstancia. Veinte años más tarde, aquella experiencia se ha transformado en el monólogo teatral que ahora llega a escena y que no únicamente sublima una experiencia traumática que hace revivir el encuentro entre víctimas y verdugos, sino que también pone el foco en el privilegio que supone haber nacido en un país rico y en cómo la ética, la moral y la justicia se manifiestan en la periferia del sistema.
In June 1998, when she was 21, Aina Tur was in Latin America taking part in an international cooperation project with other Spanish citizens when they were the victims of an armed attack. That experience changed the author’s life, because it was a tough situation and also because of the consequences. A few days later, they saw how the fact that four of the victims were Europeans had triggered some mechanisms that would never have been activated for any inhabitant of the country they were in. What happened left its mark on the author’s life, and maybe those of the other aid workers with her at the time. Twenty years later, the experience has been turned into a theatrical monologue that has reached the stage and not only sublimates a traumatic experience revived by a meeting between victims and murderers, but also highlights the privilege that having been born in a rich country entails and how ethics, morality and justice manifest themselves on the periphery of the system.

Biografía. / Biography.
Autora, directora y gestora cultural. Actualmente es miembro del Consejo Asesor del Centro Dramático Nacional, es artista En Residència en el IES La Ferreria y está de gira con su última producción, Sis hectàrees d'oliveres, que ha sido galardonada con el XVII Premio Quim Masó, coproducida por Titus Andrònic SL, Festival Grec y Temporada Alta y que se pudo escribir gracias a una residencia de escritura en Santiago de Chile (Fundación Santiago Off) y a una Beca de Creació de la Institució de las Lletres Catalanes. Ha publicado teatro, narrativa y ensayo. Entre sus textos teatrales, destacan: Evolució/Evolución (Colección Teatro de Papel, Primero Acto), Dimecres (Colecció Paraula de Dramaturg), Es lloga habitació, Fotofòbia, Una galaxia de luciérnagas (Libros de LaVorágine) y Sis hectàrees d'oliveres (Arola Editors); que se han podido ver en el Heartbreak Hotel, la Sala Beckett, El Maldà, La Cuarta Pared, Teatro del Barrio, Teatro Central de Sevilla, Muestra de Teatro Español de Autores Contemporáneos, Festival Grec y Temporada Alta, entre otros. También en Nueva York y Chile. Desde el 2016 hasta el 2023 fue la responsable del Área de Programación y relación con compañías de la Sala Beckett/Obrador Internacional de Dramaturgia. Es graduada en Lengua y literatura catalanas (UOC) y en Gestión de Proyectos(Universidad de Deusto). Ha estudiado Farmacia (UB), Ingeniería Agrónoma (UPC), Interpretación (Colegio de Teatro de Barcelona) y Dramaturgia (Sala Beckett).

Currently a member of the Advisory Council of the Centro Dramático Nacional, Artist in Residence at IES La Ferreria, and touring with the latest production, Sis hectàrees d'oliveres. Awarded the XVII Quim Masó Prize, a co-production of Titus Andrònic SL, Festival Grec, and Temporada Alta, written thanks to a writing residency in Santiago de Chile (Fundación Santiago Off) and a Creation Grant from the Institució de les Lletres Catalanes. Holds a degree in Catalan Language and Literature (UOC) and Project Management (University of Deusto), and has studied Pharmacy (UB), Agricultural Engineering (UPC), Acting (Barcelona Theatre School), and Dramaturgy (Sala Beckett).
Escritura. / Style.
«Escribo por necesidad. Últimamente me han adjudicado la etiqueta de autora de autoficción. Hace un tiempo ya, la de autora distópica. En algún momento de mi existencia, la de romántica. Y yo, no sé cómo encasillarme. Cada proyecto de escritura tiene sus necesidades estéticas. Así que me dedico a escucharlas. Y a no pensar mucho en qué estoy haciendo. Ahora bien, desde hace unos años me obsesiona la construcción del relato. Ya sea en el mundo real. En el simbólico. O en el de las fantasías. Me he inmiscuido con voracidad en las teorías psicoanalíticas y, sin entender mucho todavía, las he usado para definir la forma de mis últimos escritos. Me obsesiona descubrir cómo los personajes construyen su pensamiento. Qué les condiciona. Qué expresan. Y qué no. Y cómo todo esto afecta al otro. No sé si ya he agotado este camino. Creo que no. En todo caso, ahora que estoy arrancando con un nuevo texto, estoy abierta: Toca probar. Experimentar. Y equivocarme. No abandonaré hasta diluir contenido y forma. Todo significa. Y soy muy lenta, sí. No porque escriba lento. Sino porque combino la escritura, con el reposo. Con la distancia. Necesito afinar. Descartar. Rescatar. Y confirmar. Antes de poder compartir. Y esto requiere tiempo. Entre dos y tres años por proceso. Soy lenta, sí. Y sí, al final parece que me permito una etiqueta y una casilla: la de la lentitud. Y en esta, yace mi resistencia. La obstinación. Ante la velocidad con la gira todo...» (Aina Tur).
«I write out of necessity. Recently, I have been labeled as an autofiction author. A while ago, it was dystopian author. At some point in my life, it was romantic author. And I don't know how to categorize myself. Each writing project has its own aesthetic needs. So, I dedicate myself to listening to them and not thinking too much about what I’m doing. However, for the past few years, I’ve been obsessed with the construction of narrative. Whether in the real world, the symbolic world, or the world of fantasies. I’ve eagerly immersed myself in psychoanalytic theories and, though I still don’t fully understand them, I’ve used them to define the form of my recent works. I’m obsessed with discovering how characters construct their thinking. What influences them. What they express. And what they don’t. And how all of this affects others. I don’t know if I’ve exhausted this path. I don’t think so. In any case, now that I’m starting with a new text, I’m open: it’s time to try. To experiment. And to make mistakes. I won’t stop until I’ve dissolved both content and form. Everything matters. And yes, I’m slow. Not because I write slowly, but because I combine writing with resting. With distance. I need to fine-tune. To discard. To rescue. And to confirm. Before I can share. And this takes time. Between two and three years per process. Yes, I’m slow. And yes, in the end, it seems that I allow myself one label and one box: the label of slowness. And within it lies my resistance. My obstinacy. Against the speed at which everything turns...» (Aina Tur).
